This Broker Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between BE Automotive Solutions ("Broker") and the undersigned client ("Client").
Services: Broker agrees to provide vehicle sourcing, negotiation, and advisory services on behalf of Client for the selected service tier.
Fee: Client agrees to pay the broker fee of Full Broker Service ($795) prior to the commencement of vehicle sourcing. Highline and specialty vehicles may be subject to an additional fee, which will be disclosed before sourcing begins.
Representation: Broker represents the Client's interests exclusively in all negotiations with dealers and third parties.
No Guarantee: While Broker will make every effort to source the requested vehicle, Broker does not guarantee availability of any specific vehicle. If Broker is unable to source a suitable vehicle, the fee will be refunded.
Confidentiality: All client information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
